« Cani Rando » in Les Houches, Lac des Chavants
Every Thursday from 14h-16h, Inscription, reservation at the Tourist Office in Les Houches or Servoz.
Adults 18€, Children 11€ (from 6-11 yrs)
The Cani-Rando consists of hiking with husky dogs attached on a long lead to the hiker, guiding them with the voice and other precise gests.
Discover the pack and how to harness the dog. After the hike, the dogs are settled back in before bidding good-bye.

The international physics school in Les Houches proposes a conference on their summer session theme. Come and meet some of the greatest names in physics. Friday 29th > the Mont-Blanc Ultra Trail in Les Houches
The Mont-Blanc ULTRA TRAIL : 9400 metres of acclivity, 163 Km: the race is on!
Departure 20h from Chamonix, passage through Les Houches from 20h30.

Sunday 7 th – the "Chirv'Athlon"
The village of Servoz will host the 18th edition of this triathlon. Relay race by 3’s: running, mountain biking and road biking. Race bibs can be collected from 9.30am with the first departure at 11am. Meal and raffle after the race. Registration at the Tourist Offices of Les Houches or Servoz.

Sunday 14 th – The Sheep Fair
Not to be missed! Sheep galore and presentations of rural and gastronomic heritage along with animations. In Servoz.

The Ski Club in Les Houches are organising a second-hand sale of skiing equipment and clothing: boots, skis, clothing ... Installation 8-10am. Sale 10.30am-4.30pm. Snack bar and drinks stand.

Saturday 5th > Open doors day dedicate to the discovery of local heritage and agropastoralism at the "Maison de l'alpage" of Servoz
The day will be marked by several events:
- presentation of the new resource center on the pastures and life in the mountains
- meeting with Colette GEROME, local writer
- Tales throughout the day

The Verte piste backwards!
Rendezvous 6.30pm. Walking up the famous ski slope at night under the banner of the Mountain Ski Tour Somfy.
Ski touring leaving from the finish area of the Verte at 7pm.

Thursday 14 th - Torchlight teatime.
Every Thursday of the school holidays, the ESF Ski School puts on its torchlight teatime show for the children and by the children!
From 6.30pm at the Le Tourchet piste in the centre of the village.

Tuesday 19 th – Carnival
Carnival through the streets then a free concert-ball with Les Zinzins .
Rendezvous 3pm at the Olca hall. Organised by Les Eoliennes/ Animations dept./ Tourist Office.

Thursday 21st - Theatre
"Le beret de la tortue" Comedy. 8h pm. Jean Morel hall at Servoz with the theatre group "NAT".

Friday 22 nd- The Lhosser.
The start of the Lhosser, the Tibetan New Year, with four days of festivities and meetings. Animations. Espace Olca.
Programme being finalised. Organised by Lion des Neiges.

Teatime by torchlight: Every Thursday of the school holidays, the ESF ski school holds a torchlight descent on the Le Tourchet slope.
Children’s teatime followed by the torchlight descent with the children.
From 6.30pm at Le Tourchet in the centre of the village.

Wednesday 27 & Thursday 28 th - Les Houches Kids Contest (LHKC).
The 6 th edition of this national meeting of 7-14 year olds.
On the programme: Free Ride, Boarder and Ski Cross, Big Air. Avalanche victims search organised by the dog handlers of the Chamonix rescue services.
Also: workshop and exhibition Ecorider attitude with Mountain Riders; cinema/conference with Alain Duclos – off-piste skiing and avalanches.

Thursday 28 th - Torchlight teatime.
Every Thursday of the school holidays, the ESF Ski School puts on its torchlight teatime show for the children and by the children!
From 6.30pm at the Le Tourchet piste in the centre of the village.

Exhibition at the library: Calligraphy. From 4 th-29 th
From Arab calligraphy to Gothic writings, the beauty goes beyond the simple words. Allying technique, concentration, philosophy and spirituality, mixing thoroughness with creativity, calligraphy is nowadays considered as an accomplished art form.
